A native of Phoenix, Lisa started her career in Assisted Living and aging services, and is grateful to be serving the exceptional community of Chaparral Winds! Lisa loves to find opportunities to connect with team members, residents and their families in a culture of compassion, trust, respect, and FUN! She is always ready to try new things, (especially snacks!) and has a special fondness for “Dad jokes:” the worse the better!
